That is the daily reality for thousands of deaf children in Honduras. Hearing impaired children in Honduras cannot even communicate with other deaf children, because they don't have the basic tool of a common sign language. The truth is that these children will enter into prostitution, substance addiction, and malnutrition if someone does not intervene. They are living in a world deaf to their needs. It's time we broke that silence.
